Welcome to the website (the “Site”) of BC Council on Admissions & Transfer (BCCAT). BCCAT is a government-funded,
advisory committee established by the Minister of Advanced Education, Skills, & Training (the “Ministry”).

These terms of use (“Terms of Use”) apply exclusively to your access to, and use of, this Site and BCCAT services
available through this Site, so please read them carefully.

By accessing, browsing, and using this site and BCCAT services available through this site, you agree to be bound by
these terms of use, all BCCAT policies incorporated by reference or otherwise applicable to use of this site and BCCAT
services, and any subsequent changes to thereof. If you do not agree to these terms of use, applicable policies, or any
subsequent change, do not access, browse or otherwise use this site or BCCAT services.

BCCAT reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Use and any
