Vancouver Community College

Vancouver Community College (VCC) has been serving its community for 50 years with quality skills and career training programs that meet the needs of students and industry. With 22,000 students annually across three campuses, VCC offers a number of specialized programs.

FACILITY/SERVICE HIGHLIGHTS: All campuses are easily accessible by public transit. Both the Broadway and Downtown campuses include extensive food services offered by VCC’s Culinary Arts students. The Broadway campus houses the McGregor Child Care Centre, Auto Shop, as well as state-of-the-art health care training labs, simulated wards and pharmacies. The Downtown campus boasts the popular VCC Salon & Spa operated by students in the Hair Design & Skin and Body Therapy programs.

  • BC Transfer Student

    Students transfering between post-secondary institutions in B.C. may refer to the BC Transfer Guide to find program transfer credits or BC Articulation Handbook for entrance requirement equivalencies.

    If you have prior post-secondary education that you want to transfer to VCC, you must make a formal request through the Registrar’s Office by completing an Approval for Transfer Credit form and attaching all required documents. For more information call 604.871.7000.

  • Mature Student & PLAR

    You must be at least 18 years old (unless you have graduated from Secondary School) to meet the general admission requirement for VCC. In addition, specific program admission requirements must also be met.
