BC Public Service Leadership

Leading the Way is the BC Public Service leadership and management development program created to address the government's renewal initiative to build a leadership and learning organization.

The Leadership and Learning Centre, in partnership with a consortium of three post-secondary institutions (Camosun College, Royal Roads University and the University of Victoria), designs, develops and delivers three levels of competency-based curricula for supervisors, managers and senior managers throughout the province
