Education Planner

Education Planner is an educational planning resource that is available to the public free of charge.  Its primary purpose is to provide clear, reliable and detailed information about public post-secondary programs available in BC.  Using Education Planner can help learners make well-informed decisions about their education and career options.

One of the main features of Education Planner is that it is able to search over 1700 undergraduate programs offered at all BC public universities, colleges, and institutes at one time.  This enables users to find programs by field of study, specific subject area, program length, credential granted or institution. Users can compare program details, such as admission requirements, tuition fees, start dates and application deadlines.  Essentially, it provides access to information about all institutions in one place and eliminates the need to gather individual institutional information from a variety of sources.

Education Planner is developed and managed by BCCAT.  It is endorsed by the public post-secondary institutions of BC and funded by the BC Ministry of Advanced Education and Labour Market Development.
